They have helped me with my old furnace and did a quick and efficient job of getting me a new furnace when our old one finally quit. They go out of their way to work with the times that you are available. It is nice to know that I have someone to call for a yearly maintenance or anything else.

Not many people would be willing to help a customer out on Labor Day with A/C issues. All I can say is an employee like Jake, needs promoted, as he showed up and fixed our A/C in less than an hour. If your company can build and hire people like Jake you will never fail! Thank you Jake for you help on Labor Day of all days! Incredible customer service and he has a great personality and outlook on life!

Knoechel has serviced my AC/Furnace for about ten years now and I've never had a complaint. They are on time, polite, professional, clean up after working and do not add unnecessary work to make the most they can. There have been multiple times I expected the worst and they found a solution that saved me money. They spend the time to show you how the equipment works and when I needed a new system they worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget and got me the most for my money while beating the competition for price and quality. An overall excellent company with a great team.

The staff at Knoechel were great. They arrived on time as promised, removed our older furnace and air conditioner and replaced them both quickly. The installed equipment looks great, they kept my home clean where they worked and stayed to train me on everything that was installed.
